International Climate Storytelling in Spain
I was thrilled to give a talk on climate change and storytelling in Olot, Spain on June 7. With support from the Faberllull Artists’ Residency, and organizations Resilience and Pegas De Foc, I was able to spend time with creative thinkers and problem-solvers who are most interested in how the stories we tell can affect climate outcomes and possibly lead to more creative and better solutions.
With funding and residency support from the the Ramon Llull Institute and the regional government of Catalonia, Spain, I was excited to present different models of storytelling and the most pressing issues at hand in terms of climate science, as well as the ways in which stories can drive culture.
